Please understand that in the event of cancellation within 3 days prior to arrival, we will charge a cancellation fee equal to the room rate for the first night booked. 

For reasons of sustainability, we have reduced the scope of daily room cleaning during stays of several days. Upon request, the room will of course continue to be cleaned thoroughly every day.
